He also holds the following certificates from the Department of Defense Acquisition University: Project Management Level 2, and Level 3 (highest) in both Test and Evaluation (T&E) and, Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE). He currently holds a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance. He is an author/lecturer that has presented papers at national and international symposiums and taught information management and business courses at community colleges, undergraduate and graduate colleges and universities. He led small, medium and large communications and training projects for the federal government as the project manager.
